The Stone Is Rolled Away

And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulchre? Mark 16:3 (KJV)

No matter what stands between us and Jesus, God has rolled it away. When they buried Jeus in a tomb, a stone was rolled in front of the opening to secure it. However, no grave could hold Jesus, and God rolled away the stone.

Regardless of what stands in the way of your new resurrection life, God will roll it away. When God rolled away Christ’s stone, it was a prophetic picture showing that God can and will roll away any stone of sin, sickness, debt, loss, etc. When God rolled away the stone for Jesus, Jesus came out. All our provision will come forth and we will see Jesus, the glory of God, in manifestation of our provision.

Keep in mind that all that have died in Christ and those believers still living on earth- will see their stone rolled away. They will be raised to life to be like Christ. We’ll receive a glorified body like Jesus got when He was resurrected.

No stone could hold Jesus back, and no stone can hold us back. God still rolls stones away today just as He did back then. That which looks impossible to people is no problem for God.

Today, if here is an obstacle in your life that seems too large to overcome, call on God to roll it away. He is the great Way Maker, and He’ll get that thing out of your way like it was a pebble.
