The Only Way, Truth and Life

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6 (KJV)

Jesus is still who He claimed and demonstrated He is- the only Way to heaven salvation, God and eternal life. Jesus is the ONLY Way. There’s not “your way” or “my way” to heaven, but Jesus is the one and only Way to get to heaven.

Jesus is the Truth. If what we say or believe doesn’t line up with God’s Word, it is a lie and must be rejected. A lie can damn someone to hell.All lies are weighed in light of Jesus and His Word. You can’t have “your truth.” Jesus IS the Truth. He never lies. He is who He says He is and does what He says He’ll do.

Jesus is the Life. To have Jesus is to have life, even eternal life. Life in Greek is zoe, meaning the God kind of life or life as God has it. We are still dead in our sins until we ask Jesus into our hearts as our Savior and become born again (Ephesians 2:1, 4-10).

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12 (KJV)

Jesus is the Son of God, the only Savior, and the only Way, Truth, and Life. Everyone else who claims to be the way to eternal life or claims to be God, is a liar. Salvation is only available in and through the name of Jesus. Everyone else is an imposter, fraud, and counterfeit. Salvation can only come through the name of Jesus because He is who He said He is- the One who died at the cross, shedding His blood to wash away our sins and save us. He rose again, proving He is the Son fo God, the Savior of the world.

Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:6-11 (KJV)

Jesus was God, but came in human form to die for us. He died on the cross and has been highly exalted by God, giving Him the highest place, honor, and position, plus the Name that is above all names. His Name carries authority in all realms to save, deliver, heal, restore, prosper, and protect. Whoever honos Him and confesses that Jesus is Lord shall be saved. Believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and salvation is yours. With your heart you believe in Jesus and are made right before Him. With your mouth you confes Him as Lord and are saved (Romans 10:9-10).

We can confess Jesus as Lord now or at the judgment of God when it will be too late to receive His salvation. Regardless, all will know that Jesus is Savior and Lord to the glory of God the Father. Jesus really is the one and only Way, Truth and Life.
