Take It Back
The earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods. Psalm 24:1-2 (KJV)
God has creator’s rights because He created all things- the earth, the world, and everything in it.
Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. Psalm 2:8 (KJV)
In this verse, God is talking to Jesus because Jesus died for all mankind. God says this to Jesus based on redemptive rights. Jesus can ask God for the nations for His heritage and the ends of the earth for His possession. God will give to Jesus what He asks of the Father.
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Matthew 28:18-19 (KJV)
Jesus got back the authority that man had lost to satan in the garden. Jesus gave it back to believers. Now, we must go and claim all Christ purchased- man, the earth, and the fullness of the earth- leaving the devil and his people with nothing.
For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) Romans 5:17 (KJV)
Believers are now heirs of God; equal heirs with Jesus. We’re to take back all that’s been stolen. We are to reign now in this life by Christ, We are to make earth like heaven.
That your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, in the land which the Lord sware unto your fathers to give them, as the days of heaven upon the earth. Deuteronomy 11:21 (KJV)
God’s will is to be done on earth as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10) until Christ returns and puts all enemies under His feet. Then we’ll rule and reign with Him for 1,000 years on earth, then for all eternity.
