With God, You're The Winner

What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? Romans 8:31 (KJV)

There are a lot of people alive right now, some 8 million or more. Most of these people fight against each other. They make each other miserable because they themselves are miserable. Everyone wants their own selfish way.

We try to change one another when we can’t even change ourselves. Only the Lord can change us- if we’ll let Him. So, stop worrying about who people are, what they do, or don’t do. You can’t control people, so just learn to control yourself. When others are out of control (because they choose to be), choose to keep yourself under control. If you can do something about something, go ahead. However, if you can’t, give it to God and don’t fret about it. Don’t let other people make you unhappy, cause you to lose your peace, or push you to respond in a wrong way.

When others choose to do wrong, we can choose to do right. They don’t dictate who we are or what we do. No matter what happens in the world, choose God. When we’re on the Lord’s side, we can know that God is for us. Therefore, no one can be against us. Don’t fear what man does because God is with you, for you, and on your side.

Whatever happens in life, God always has the last word. So, choose God and His Word, and you’ll come out the winner.
