Deeper Word = Greater Anointing

But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Matthew 4;4 (KJV)

And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. Luke 4:4 (KJV)

The shewbread in the Holy Place of the tabernacle and temple was called The Bread of The Presence and represented Jesus. Jesus called Himself the Living Bread, the Bread of Life from Heaven. We are to live by every Word of God, meaning His written Word and His spoken Word.

The deeper we go in feeding from the Word, on the meat of His Word, the more presence of God we experience and the more anointing we partake of. And it results in us knowing, hearing, and feeling God more. And our deeper hunger for God is satisfied.

My point is that we are to go from the milk to the meat of His Word. As we do, we walk in more anointing. Christ means the Anointed One and His anointing. Jesus Christ is the Word of God (John 1:1-4), so the more of the Word we digest, the greater and stronger the anointing becomes. We will have more of the anointing because we will experience more of Christ the Anointed One and His anointing. More Word means more of Christ, which means more anointing. The deeper you go in the Word of God, the greater the anointing will be in you and on you.

Feed on the Word to feed on Christ. As you do, you are feeding on the Anointed One and His anointing. Thus, Christ anoints you again and again as you feed on His Word again and again. As the anointing increases, Christ, the Anointed One and His anointing, will be more and more visible in your life. And the anointing will be available in greater measure to set people free.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing. Isaiah 10:27 (KJV)
