America- 250 Years: Be Glad and Rejoice!
Today, July 4, 2026, America celebrates 250 years of independence. We declared our independence when our forefathers wrote and signed a document called the Declaration of Independence. They decided they would have no king but Jesus. With this being our 250th birthday, we are celebrating 5 Jubilees. According to Leviticus 25, a Jubilee was to be celebrated every 50th year in Israel. During the Jubilee, all debts were canceled, slaves were freed, and land was restored to its rightful owners.
If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do? Psalm 11:3 (KJV)
When the very foundations of faith and righteousness are destroyed from a nation, what can the righteous do? We can rebuild and restore them. This nation is a godly nation built on biblical ideals such as the Bible, prayer, and godly leaders.
And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in. Isaiah 58:12 (KJV)
That which was torn down can be rebuilt by the righteous with the help of God. We can rebuild the foundation of many generations, clear back to the United States’ beginning. We began with God, and we can begin again with God, walking in the paths we once did as a nation.
We can celebrate our Jubilee with all debts canceled, all people freed, and the land restored back to God. The day that we rededicated America back to God as decreed by President Trump was a turning point for the United States. We proclaimed that we are a nation belonging to God and that God belongs to us. The covenant our forefathers established has been renewed and now we’ll see America fulfill God’s purposes for her. With this being the 5th Jubilee, let’s not forget that 5 in biblical numerology represents grace. Our best days are ahead of us, because where sin abounds, grace much more abounds (Romans 5:20)..
Just as Israel rebuilt and finished the second temple after the first one had been destroyed (Ezra 6:15), so will America’s latter end be greater than its beginning (Job 8:7. This is a prophetic picture for us.
The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts. Haggai 2:9 (KJV)
The latter is greater than the first. God is releasing His glory. Silver and gold are part of this. In the Bible, silver stands for redemption and gold represents the divinity of God. The wealth of the sinner has been laid up for us, the righteous (Proverbs 13:22). America is entering the greatest era she has ever known, and we’ll be living out our days in glory, with riches to fund the end-time harvest. Now is the time of the payback. Be glad and rejoice!
