We're Getting It All Back!

Whenever God’s people are in bondage to government leaders- with people being mistreated, overtaxed, and the like- God has sent a deliverer, a savior. Scripture bears this out. You have to look no further than Exodus to find an example.

Therefore they did set over them taskmasters to afflict them with their burdens. And they built for Pharaoh treasure cities, Pithom and Raamses. Exodus 1:11 (KJV)

Did you know that in the original Hebrew language, the word taskmasters is actually tax collectors? Wow! That speaks volumes to where we are right now. And it makes sense as to why they built treasure cities for Pharaoh. The pharaoh of that day used taxes against the people to keep them enslaved, in bondage, and in debt. They were controlled by the pharaoh’s system. He used them and burdened the people with no way for them to escape it. He had the children of Israel build him treasure cities for him to store more and more wealth.

God sent Moses, a deliverer to set God’s people free so they could go and serve God. When all was said and done, they left with the wealth of Egypt in their possession. It was pay back for all their labor, time, and money that had been stolen from them. God restores the years and all that has been stolen from us.

And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed. (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. Luke 2:1-5 (KJV)

Here, we see that Caesar taxed the entire known world, seeking total domination and control of people, wealth, and lands. God sent Jesus as the Savior. His name means the Lord is salvation. Jesus freed mankind from more than just the domination of the Roman Empire. He freed us from every form of bondage the devil tries to send.

Every time evil people and the demonic entities controlling them raise their heads to dominate God’s creation, God sends deliverance. In our time, we see this. God is raising up those who fight for a godly cause. And God is coming to free humanity once again from oppression, slavery, and bondage. He is ending thievery, lying, and murder. God is taking wealth and influence out of the hands of the wicked and putting it all back in the hands of the righteous. God is moving and rearranging things. Freedom is manifesting, and we will be the head and not the tail, ruling in all areas of life.
