You're Rich
I rejoice at thy word, as one that findeth great spoil. Psalm 119:162 (KJV)
God’s Word is true riches. When you are rich in God’s Word, you are rich in God. God’s Word will bringtrue riches: love, salvation, wisdom, peace, prosperity, the Holy Spirit, fulfillment, and more. God’s Word alone satisfies so that we can enjoy what we receive from the Lord.What we do in life will be enjoyable; a gift from God.
When the Israelites spoiled the enemy in battle it meant that they defeated them and took their riches and wealth. Christ spoiled (disarmed and stripped) the enemy for us (Colossians 2:15), taking back what the enemy had stolen. Therefore, claim restoration of whatever has been stolen and watch God restore it all Joel 2:25).
I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies, as much as in all riches. Psalm 119:14 (KJV)
Always keep God’s Word first, then you can rejoice over it more than riches. This tells us to keep our priorities straight: first God, then riches and other things. When we do, God will give us wisdom to know how to handle riches and wealth.
Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O Lord God of hosts. Jeremiah 15:16 (KJV)
Find God’s Word, take it in, and it will make your heart rejoice. Put the spritual first. Seek God first before anything else, then you can enjoy natural riches without them controlling you. Salvation, redemption, prosperity- it’s a package deal.
I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ; That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge; I Corinthians 1:4-5 (KJV)
Enriched in the Greek means to make rich, incredible abundance, wealth.
Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; I Timothy 6:17 (KJV)
We are rich- rich with the Holy Spirit, salvation, God’s Word and Kingdom, His presence and all that is in heaven.. While God does give us earthly riches, the best riches are eternal. His riches are freely given- now just receive them.
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: II Peter 1:3 (KJV)
