Bounce-Back Resurrection Power

And while they abode in Galilee, Jesus said unto them, The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men: And they shall kill him, and the third day he shall be raised again. And they were exceeding sorry. Matthew 17:22-23 (KJV)

Jesus’ victory is our victory. What Jesus did, He did it all for us.

They crucified Christ, buried Him in a tomb, but even death and the grave couldn’t hold Him down. He said this would happen. He proclaimed, prophesied and promised this would take place. Jesus released God’s power before problems came. He told us the ending from the beginning, because Jesus IS the beginning and ending.

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Revelation 22:13 (KJV)

Jesus has new beginnings for us. He ends one thing and begins a new thing. Nothing could hold Jesus down- no man, devil, pain, or grave. Jesus rose again, setting an example to follow, a standard to obtain. Even when we are knocked down, nothing can keep us down if we don’t allow it. The very same resurrection power, Spirit, and Word that raised Jesus up will raise us up too.

Jesus arose, ascended, and was seated so we could be with Him on high. We need to live from our heavenly position in and with Christ. Nothing can stop us, hold us down, or keep us back, for we’re already seated in heavenly places. Anything that knocked us down, is only temporary. We have bounce-back resurrection power in us. Since nothing could hold Jesus down, nothing can hold us down either.

As we speak God’s Word, prophesying and proclaiming His promises, we will experience His resurrection life. Nothing will keep us down. We can proclaim our ending from the beginning. We will come out of the grave we were in. We have new life. We, too, will be paid back, just like Christ was. Because Jesus Christ overcame, so do we.
