God Is And God Is With You
Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, Isaiah 46:9 (KJV)
And God said unto Moses, I Am That I Am: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I Am hath sent me unto you. Exodus 3:14 (KJV)
The Bible tells us that God is God- no one else is God. He alone is God. He’s God all by Himself. He needs no one else to exist. God is I Am, meaning the self-existent One. We need Him to exist, but He does not need us to exist. God is all we need and will ever need. For example, if we need love, He is love (I John 4:8). If we need provosion, He is Jehovah Jireh, God who sees and provides (Genesis 22:14). When healing is needed, He is the God that heals us (Exodus 15:26). And when we feel alone, God is with us (Ezekiel 34:30). He said His name is I Am, which is in the present tense, meaning He is always with us right now. He never leaves us or forsakes us. He is Emmanuel- God with us. He is Jehovah Shammah, the ever-present God. He is El Shaddai, the Almighty God, the God who is more than enough. We have no lack with God, for He supplies all our need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
God is God and He’s not going away. Before we even get somewhere, God is. Because God is, He’s with us. And where He is, we also find His presence, promises, protection, and so on. He is with us, for us, and available to us everywhere and at all times.
Daily declare who God is and that He is over you and your life. Say, “God is and God is with me.” You’ll begin to see God more clearly and experience Him more closely.
Because God is and God is with us, nothing can harm us or stop us. God is and God is with us, so everything’s going to be all right. He is good and He’s working all things out for our good and betterment (Romanas 8:28) Hang in there. It’s just a matter of time. Trials and hard times won’t last- this too shall pass. We’re crossing over to the other side. Take a step and see the waters part for you. God is going with you to your promised land. He is and He is with you-here and in the land you’re going in to possess.
