The Second Exodus
Remember what it was like when you were a slave in Egypt. Then with overwhelming power I brought you out of there. Deuteronomy 5:15 (The Voice, VOICE).
We have talked in many posts about a great liberation from wicked people who have been in power and are trying to bring us under a one-world government. All of our lives, we’ve lived in a slavery-type system, with our lives not truly being free. We’ve been controlled, and our money, possessions, and time are not really our own. Because we were born into this situation, we didn’t even know that we weren’t free. However, over the past few years, we’ve been waking up to the truth.
Many people thought that the 2024 U.S. Presidential election fixed everything. While it is God’s plan for our president to be in leadership at this time- and He is giving him guidance- God Himself is the One who will deliver us from the bondage we’ve been in. He uses people, but God is ultimately the great Rescuer. Just as God was the One who delivered Israel from bondage to Pharaoh in Egypt, God is the One delivering us now. God used Moses in mighty ways, and He is using President Trump mightily as well. However, we must know God is King over all, and He is the One taking down the wicked people who thought they had us right where they wanted us.
God, in His wisdom, often does things in ways we don’t understand- at least not at the time they happen. We’ve been so concerned with the damage the enemy has done over the past few years that we didn’t see that God was using it to bring the entire world to the conclusion that very wicked people had been doing very wicked things to us. If the 2020 election had gone differently, we would not be in a position to see the total and complete removal of all traitors and enemies of the people from places of influence. These years of difficulty have placed a spotlight on the evil people who we previously thought were looking out for our good.
Now, things are coming to a dramatic climax. We can sense it in the spirit that something big is about to transpire. It may be what many call a false flag event or a black swan- something destructive that is not really what it appears to be, but is meant to destroy and to distract us from the truth. Yet, God has promised us ultimate victory and protection from harm. If we read the account of the Exodus, the Israelites living in the land of Goshen were protected from the plagues that came upon Egypt. As God’s children, we can trust that God will protect us in the same way. When the Israelites went through the Red Sea, the Egyptians tried to follow them and were destroyed. God’s vengeance is a powerful and fearful thing to behold. What is about to happen upon this earth is for the destruction of the enemy, and is not meant for us. It will inspire fear in many, but we can be at peace knowing God has us in His protective care.
Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave the way open for God’s wrath [and His judicial righteousness]; for it is written [in Scripture], “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,” says the Lord. Romans 12:19 (Amplified Bible, AMP)
So, as things get very dark and dangerous, internet, phones, and other systems may go down. We may even hear lies promoting another pandemic. Decide to rest and trust God. Do not give in to fear. He will take care of His own, and we’ll come out better than before- just like the first Exodus. And once we are free, we will experience life as God truly intended- full of His glory and blessings.
