The New is Now!

See, the former things have taken place, and new things I declare; before they spring into being I announce them to you.” Isaiah 42:9 (New International Version, NIV)

Yesterday, noted prophet Pastor Hank Kunneman prophesied that the new is now. Prophets with proven track records have been prophesying that righteousness will prevail in the land and in the earth. They have not backed down in the face of seemingly contradictory circumstances or in the face of criticism and threats. And now, the new thing that they have been prophesying is here.

Everything is being changed. We have not seen it all with our eyes, but God has been working in secret. What He has been doing is now coming to the surface. Much of the workings of God have taken place below the surface- and it is beginning to bubble to the top.

But if the Lord creates an entirely new thing, and the ground opens its mouth and swallows them up, along with all that belongs to them, and they descend alive into Sheol (the nether world, the place of the dead), then you will understand that these men have spurned and rejected the Lord!” Numbers 16:30 (Amplified Bible, AMP)

In Moses’ day, it was a new thing for the earth to open up and swallow wicked people as a form of judgment. God did a new thing right before the people, but it started below the surface- underground. Something very similar is taking place now and it is ushering a brand new time period like nothing ever seen before in history.

We are on the cusp of a brand new era. When we see what God has for us, we will be in total awe and amazement. Good things are arriving now!

Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper.” II Chronicles 20:20 (NKJV)

Now is the time to celebrate. Now is the time for joyful praise to God. Hallelujah! Now is the time to give thanks because now is the time of the new!
