"I Am Watching Over You"
Recently, God reminded me, “I am watching over you.” And while He said those words to my heart, He has that same message for everyone.
According to Psalm 139:1-18, God intricately made us in the womb. God has us planned in His heart and mind, then He brought us to earth and formed us in great detail. He watched over us while we were in our mother’s belly. Yes, God watches over us and knows us inside and out. He helps us in every day life. Before a need arises, He has already provided.
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10 (KJV)
Matthew 6:24-34 tells us that God knows every hair on our heads and knows the smallest details of our lives. God is concerned about every aspect of who He made us to be. I know that in my own life, when I was hurting and was wondering how I could make it, God would help me. He would bear the pain with me so I could keep walking on.
My point is that God knows us so intricately and is so aware of our lives’ details, and He is there to help and sustain us in every way. Nothing escapes our Father’s watchful eyes. He watches over us. He sees us. He guides us with His eyes, and He sees all He has planned for us. He wants us to know and rest in His loving care every day of our lives.
