It's Personal With Jesus

Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. I Peter 2:24 (KJV)

Man personally rebelled and disobeyed God. He did wanted he wanted instead of what God wanted, which was sin, so sin entered the world. Jesus came and personally lived a sinless life to bear our sins and become sin for us. He was a sin offering, the Lamb of God Who took away the sins of the world. He did it because of Adam’s sin.

Christ personally bore our sins in His own body. Adam used his body to sin, but Christ used His body to take sin away by nailing it to a cross. The sin debt was paid, thus satisfying God’s justice. Justice demanded punishment, and Christ took it for us. Sin once made us dead, but when we receive Christ and His salvation, we become dead to sin. We become righteous and alive to Christ. Now we can live righteously before God.

Since Christ died for our sins, for our salvation, He gave us the full package deal. That includes forgiveness, healing, prosperity, protection, wholeness, and completeness in all our beings and in every part of our lives. Jesus Christ Himself personally loves, saves, forgives, gives, heals, and protects. He gives us all good things. He shed His blood for removal of sins. He took stripes for our healing.

Jesus personally did all of this for each one of us to show us how much we are loved, valued, and esteemed because, with Him, it’s personal.
