He Met It In Advance

And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. Revelation 13:8 (KJV)

Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, I Peter 1:18-20 (KJV)

This shows that God knows the past, present and future. Before God made man, He knew man would sin and blow the assignment God gave him in the garden. Yet, God chose to make the world, make man, and desire man. Before man made a mistake, God already took care of it.

Before we make a mistake, God has already taken care of things. We must choose to believe it and receive it. God is greater than all our sins, mistakes, bad choices, and failures, so we don’t need to be so hard on ourselves. Through Christ, God has undone and outdone anything that has been done to us- even what we’ve done to ourselves. Nothing we do can change who God is and the fact that He loves us.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10 (KJV)

The word workmanship is the Greek word poema, which is where we get the word poem. It means we are His masterpiece. So, give it all to God and watch God create a masterpiece from all the broken pieces of your life. Before you ever had a need, God knew and had a plan in place to take care of it. He sent Christ to take your place and to give you all that has been stolen or kept from you. All the bad is overcome by the goodness of God, who saw the need and met it in advance.
