In The Glory

We see demonstrations and manifestations of God’s glory throughout scripture and in life.

This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him. John 2:11 (KJV) emphasis mine

Jesus first manifested His glory by turning water into wine for a wedding feast. When the glory of God is manifested, miracles show up. I have heard of the glory turning gray hair back to it original color and giving a full head of hair to people who were balding!

The Bible says the glory raised Jesus from the dead. The glory of God raises sick bodies back up- even from death.

I recently heard about a Christian couple with an amazing testimony. They were believing God to be debt-free. Supernaturally, thousands of dollars appeared in their bank account. The bank could not explain it and told them it was theirs to keep. I believe such things can happen, because if God can rain manna from heaven, or if Peter can pay his taxes by finding money in a fish’s mouth, then God can pay our bills off supernaturally. The supernatural supercedes the natural. Jesus walked on water, multiplied fish and loaves to feed thousands, and performed other feats that defy natural laws. Therefore, God can multiply the money in our bank accounts.

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 (KJV) emphasis mine

Do you see what I see in that verse? There are riches in the glory of God. All we need is found in the glory! As we walk upright, believe God, and worship God, the glory will manifest.

When God’s glory shows up, cancerous growths die, cripples walk again, blind eyes open, relationships are restored, and needs are met. As we create an atmosphere for God’s glory, the impossible becomes possible and the unbelievable becomes believable. No enemy can stand before God’s glory.

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:10-11 (KJV) emphasis mine

In these last days, the glory is getting stronger and stronger. God is pouring out the Spirit of Glory upon all flesh. At a certain point, the glory will get so strong that we will be raptured and taken right up into glory to enjoy the Lord of Glory in heaven’s glory. All glory to God! Praise Him for His glory!
